All instruments and staves in this score.

What: Each row is one part (e.g. Flute, Piano). Reorder, edit, duplicate, or remove staves here.

Add instrument

Create a new staff with a preset or custom name.

How: Tap Add → pick a preset (Violin, Drum Set, etc.) or enter a custom name. Tip: Choose percussion preset for drum-kit notation.

Edit part

Rename a part or change its display abbreviation.

How: Tap the part name → update title and abbreviation → save. Tip: Duplicate a part to create a second identical staff quickly.

Transposing instruments

Set written vs concert pitch for B♭, E♭, etc.

When: Part is written in a different key than concert pitch (e.g. B♭ trumpet). How: Edit part → Transposition → choose interval. Notes display in written pitch.
