1. Agreement

By creating an account or using SyncSheet, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Service description

SyncSheet lets you import, view, annotate, and organize sheet music; build setlists; sync with other musicians; and use band collaboration features. You provide your own sheet music files. SyncSheet does not sell or license commercial sheet music.

3. Your content and copyright

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use, store, and share any sheet music you import. SyncSheet is a tool for your materials—we are not responsible for copyright violations by users.

4. Account

  • Sign-in via Google or Apple is required to use the app.
  • You must provide accurate profile information.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • You may delete your account at any time in Profile → Delete Account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content
  • Attempt to access other users' data without permission
  • Reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the service
  • Use the service for spam or automated abuse

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Subscriptions and SyncSheet Pro

SyncSheet offers a free tier and optional SyncSheet Pro paid plans (yearly and monthly) through the Apple App Store and Google Play.

  • Free trial: New accounts receive a 30-day Pro trial on first sign-in (no payment required). After the trial, Pro features require a subscription unless you remain on the free tier.
  • Purchase: Subscriptions are sold only inside the app via Apple or Google. We do not process payment on syncsheets.io.
  • Billing: Apple or Google bills you according to their terms. Prices are shown before you confirm purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel.
  • Manage / cancel: Cancel or change your plan in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions or Google Play → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel billing.
  • Restore: Use Restore purchases in the app if you reinstall or change devices.
  • Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SYNCSHEET AND ITS OPERATORS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Changes

We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be indicated by updating the date above. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the operator's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country still apply where required.
