Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about using SyncSheets on iPad and Android tablets.

Which devices does SyncSheets run on?

SyncSheets is built for tablets — iPad and Android tablets. The large screen gives you a full page of music with room to annotate.

Can I import my existing sheet music?

Yes. Import PDFs and MusicXML files directly into your library, organize them into folders, and search across everything.

How does playing in a band work?

Create a band, invite your members, and share setlists and a calendar. During rehearsals and gigs, live sync keeps everyone on the same page automatically.

Is SyncSheets free?

Core features are free with no expiry. Every new account also gets a 30-day Pro trial on first sign-in — no credit card required. After the trial, Pro is an optional subscription bought inside the app.

What do I get with Pro?

Pro unlocks cloud sync and backup, the MusicXML editor with transpose and parts, bands with shared setlists and a calendar, live performance sync, and advanced PDF tools.

Does live sync work without internet on stage?

Your library and setlists work offline. Live performance sync keeps every tablet on the same page during rehearsals and gigs.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by the App Store or Google Play. You can cancel anytime from your device settings and keep Pro until the period ends.

Can I annotate my scores?

Yes. Draw, highlight, add fingerings and stamps. Annotations stay anchored to the score and sync with your backup.
